We are a coffee loving family, so Highland Hill Coffee Co. was going to happen eventually. We took a vintage horse trailer, converted it, and now it pulls up at weddings, parties and corporate events to serve handcrafted coffee out the window.
Our beans come 100% from a family farm in Cuevas, Bolivia. They are organic and hand-picked, then imported and roasted just up the road from us in Kingston, Oklahoma.
Coffee trailer service starts at $800. For something guests really remember, book our mini Highland cows to meet and greet alongside the trailer. We serve all of North Texas. Travel fees may apply depending on where you are. Tell us about your event and we will send a personalised proposal.
How it works
From your email to the day itself

Tell us the date, the place and the headcount
Those three things tell us almost everything. Add the hours you want us pouring if you already know them.

We send a proposal with a menu
You pick the drinks and we price the event. A corporate morning looks nothing like a wedding, so every quote is its own.

We pull in early and set up
We arrive ahead of your start time, get the trailer level and the machines hot, and we are ready before your first guest is.
- 4
We pour, then we leave it clean
Guests order at the window. When the window closes we pack up and you get your parking lot back.

What we need from your venue
- A level spot with room for a truck and a horse trailer, and a way to back into it
- Power at that spot, or tell us there is none and we will work out a generator
- A place for guests to line up that is out of the way of the rest of your event
- Venue approval for a trailer on site

What people ask us first
- What can you serve besides coffee?
- In addition to hot or iced coffee drinks, we offer non-coffee options of hot cocoa, iced tea and fresh squeezed lemonade. Have something else in mind? Let's talk! We build the menu with you when we send the proposal.
- Can we have the cows too?
- Yes, and it is our favorite booking. For an elevated experience, our mini Highland cows can be booked to meet and greet your guests alongside the coffee trailer.
- Can you bring bags of coffee to the event?
- We sell Highland Hill Coffee in 12 oz bags, whole bean or ground, at $16.99. Ask when you book and we will bring some along for guests or favors.
